What We Do

We grow practices of accountability, care, and repair through the following focus areas:

Circles

We convene and support facilitated circles that hold space for those impacted by sexual harm — including harmed parties, those who caused harm, loved ones, and community members. Some circles are parallel; some overlap. All are voluntary and relational.

Keeper Support & Training

We provide stipends, training, and supervision to those holding this work. Circle keepers are not neutral facilitators — they are grounded, attuned, and in ongoing relationship with the people and communities they serve.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Participation in our circles is always free. We offer logistical and material supports such as ASL interpretation, tech access, transportation stipends, and microgrants to ensure that circles are truly available to those who need them.

Community Practice & Learning

We create entry points for communities longing to respond to harm without punishment. Through listening circles, learning spaces, and shared practice, we make space to unlearn punitive and carceral habits and reconnect through story, presence, and collective possibility.
